Hi @MathewKallarackal You have a VIA 1400, a NAV3 device. I am not sure I understand your problem correctly, but maybe you have the "Busy Servers" message. For "Busy Servers" message, it is a recurring problem with the NAV3s (TomTom 3rd generation devices like your device).
